RESERVATION

After receiving your reservation, we will send you a written confirmation by e-mail. Please check your SPAM box for this.

You must pay 35% of the rent within 2 weeks after receiving the confirmation. The remaining amount must be paid to our bank account no later than 8 weeks before arrival. If you book within eight weeks before arrival, the entire amount must be paid in one go. If you pay after the specified payment terms, the reservation will be cancelled.

You can transfer the payment to bank account number FR76 3000 3031 7200 0200 1993 181 in the name of SARL Fleur de Lies stating your name and rental period. In your confirmation you will also find the payment date of the remaining amount.

As soon as we have processed your transfer, we will send you a proof of payment by email. If your payment is not credited on time, your reservation will automatically expire.

 

ARRIVAL

You can go to your reserved holiday home from 4:00 pm. You can check in until 7:00 PM.

We ask for a deposit of 300 euros for Villa Lys and a deposit of 500 euros for Maison Olivier. This deposit is only payable in cash, please note that you have enough cash on arrival. 

 

DEPARTURE

Upon arrival, we ask you to indicate when you wish to leave. Check-out is possible between 08:00 and 10:00. Don't want to clean yourself? You can outsource the cleaning in consultation with us. If you have any questions about the arrival, deposit, departure or final cleaning, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Can you cancel your booking at Maisons FleurdeLies yourself? Then, depending on how far in advance you cancel, we charge the following cancellation costs. (These cancellation costs are still without the reservation costs due.)
- In case of cancellation up to 12 weeks before the commencement date = 25% of the total sum;
- In case of cancellation from the 12th week to the 8th week before the commencement date = 35% of the total sum;
- In case of cancellation from the 8th week to the 4th week before the commencement date = 60% of the total sum;
- In case of cancellation from the 4th week to the commencement date = 90% of the total sum;
- In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or later = 100% of the total sum.

 

Only requests for cancellation submitted in writing will be processed by us. This can be done through info@maisonsfleurdelies.com. 

We recommend that you conclude a cancellation agreement with your own insurer.
