RESERVATION

After receiving your reservation we will send you a written confirmation by email. Please check your SPAM box for this.

Within 2 weeks after receiving the confirmation, you must pay 35% of the rental amount. The remaining amount must be paid into our bank account no later than 8 weeks before arrival. If you book within eight weeks before arrival, the entire amount must be paid at once. If you pay after the specified payment terms, the reservation will be cancelled.

You can transfer the payment to bank account number FR76 3000 3031 7200 0200 1993 181 in the name of SARL Fleur de Lies, stating your name and rental period. The payment date of the remaining amount can also be found in the confirmation.

Once we have processed your transfer, we will send you a proof of payment by email. If your payment is not credited on time, the reservation will automatically expire.

 

ARRIVAL

You can enter the reserved holiday home from 16:00. You can check in until 19:00.

We ask for a deposit of €300 for Mas Lion and Villa Lys and a deposit of €500 for Maison Olivier. This deposit must be paid 7 days in advance by bank transfer.

 

DEPARTURE

We ask you to let us know when you wish to leave. Check-out is possible until 10:00. The cleaning costs can only be paid in cash, please upon arrival. If you have any questions about arrival, deposit or departure, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Are you cancelling your booking at Maisons FleurdeLies yourself? Then we will charge the following cancellation costs, depending on how far in advance you cancel. (These cancellation costs are without the reservation costs due.)
- In case of cancellation up to 12 weeks before the start date = 25% of the total sum;
- In case of cancellation from the 12th week to the 8th week before the start date = 35% of the total sum;
- In case of cancellation from the 8th week to the 4th week before the start date = 60% of the total sum;
- In case of cancellation from the 4th week up to the start date = 90% of the total sum;
- In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or later = 100% of the total amount.

 

Only written cancellation requests will be processed by us. This can be done via info@maisonsfleurdelies.com . We recommend that you take out a cancellation agreement with your own insurer.
