Our fully renovated Villa Lys is a wonderful 2 to 8-person villa with light & space and has a large open kitchen with cozy lounge plus 4 bedrooms. Also 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. Villa consists of 2 beautiful, individual floors, where you reach the other floor from the outside (there is no indoor access in the villa).
Outside you will find a wonderful relaxation pool in beautiful natural stone.

The 3rd garden is vast, under the trees, with various views of the beautiful houses and the unique church. The house always has sun and shade, all day long. Quietly located in La Roque sur Cèze.

What makes Villa Lys unique is the atmosphere of the house, very natural, located on a quiet side road. It is a beautiful walking area, just 5 minutes from the river Cèze. The beautiful waterfalls 'Cascades de Sautadet' are a 10-minute walk away. In 15 minutes by car you are in the center of Goudargues or Bagnols sur Cèze.

There is a spacious open kitchen with an open lounge overlooking the valley. There is a spacious, cozy dining table with 8 chairs. Present: gas stove cooking zones / burners, extractor hood, cutlery & crockery, toaster, Nespresso machine, fridge-freezer, cooking utensils, microwave, oven, dishwasher and a kettle.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, 200 x 160 cm, with a spacious wardrobe. In bedroom 2 there are two single beds, 200 x 80 cm and also a spacious wardrobe. Bedroom 3 is atmospheric, against a natural stone wall and includes an ensuite bathroom and has patio doors to a spacious terrace overlooking the valley. There is a double bed, 200 x 160 cm, with a spacious wardrobe. Bedroom 4 is the same, but has two single beds, 200 x 80 cm. There are two spacious toilets and two separate bathrooms.
Swimming pool: Lovely, small relaxation pool with benches in it.
For reading or relaxing and an ideal depth for the children!
